Become a Stronger Man with God

Pray. Stand. Lead.

Fifteen days learning to pray. Ten learning to stand. Five learning to lead. One short thing a day, no fluff and no shame, built for the man who is tired and guarded and not sure he is doing any of this right.

Every day is the same simple shape: a short read, one verse, a prayer to actually pray, one step to take, and one question to write down. You do not have to be good at this. You just have to show up for thirty days.

You get the whole workbook to download and keep, and one day in your inbox each morning so you never have to remember where you left off.

Day One, on the house

The Read

Here is the thing that keeps most men from praying. They think there is a right way to do it, and they are sure they do not know it. So they wait until they can say it properly. Properly never comes, and they never pray. Let me take that off you right now. There is no magic wording. God is not grading your grammar. You do not have to sound like your pastor, or sound like anything. When you cannot find the words at all, the Bible says the Spirit Himself steps in and prays for you, and even when you do not know what to ask, He is already carrying it. Read that again. On the days you have got nothing, God is still praying you through. The bar was never eloquence. The bar is showing up. A grunt aimed at heaven beats a speech aimed at the room.

The Anchor

In the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.

Romans 8:26

The Prayer

You met this one in the prayer kit. This is the ground under it, the barest, most desperate prayer there is, and it still gets through.

God, I can feel it rising and I am about to do damage. Give me three seconds. Slow my mouth and my hands. Make me quick to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger, right now, before I say the thing I cannot unsay. Guard the people in this house from the worst of me. Amen.

The Step

Pray one prayer today with no polish at all. Ugly, short, real. Out loud if you can.

The Writing

What actually stops you from praying, not knowing the words, or the shame under it? Name it.

Verse to carry: The Spirit Himself intercedes for you.
