When the site is down at 9pm, you don't need a meeting. You need a structured triage that takes 90 seconds and tells you what's broken, what's still working, and what to do first.
When to reach for it
Any production incident. Outage, partial degradation, mystery error spike. Anything where you'd otherwise be guessing under pressure.
How an owner uses it
Tell the skill what's happening and paste any error logs. Get back a triage matrix: what's confirmed, what's likely, the smallest test to narrow it down, and the rollback if it gets worse.
