Inbox triage. Connect Gmail. Ask Claude each morning to read your inbox from the last 24 hours, flag anything that needs an action from you, and draft replies for the ones that are easy. You read three drafts, click send three times, the inbox is at 12 instead of 47. Do this for two weeks and you'll wonder how you lived without it.
Calendar prep. Connect Calendar and Gmail together. Each morning, ask Claude to brief you on every meeting today: who's on the call, what's the relevant email thread, what's the actual goal, what should you walk in already knowing. Five minutes of brief, two hours of saved scrambling.
Doc cleanup. Connect Drive. Point Claude at a single folder (your sales collateral, your contracts, whatever) and ask it to flag duplicates, stale documents, and anything that doesn't have an owner. You'll usually delete 30% of it in an afternoon.
The security part owners skip
Connectors get OAuth access to your accounts. That's powerful and it's also a risk. Three rules.
Audit what's connected once a month. Anything you stopped using gets revoked. Anything you're not sure about gets revoked too. You can always reconnect.
Don't connect anything from a shared workspace you don't fully control. If your contractor or agency has admin rights, your data is also theirs.
Be honest about what you put through Claude. Don't paste customer PII, contract details, or financials you wouldn't put in a public Google Doc.
